Good Enough!

“At the end of the day, remind yourself that you did the best you could today, and that is good enough.”

I began working with clients experiencing trauma and alcohol and drug abuse while working in the intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse. The frequency of drug and alcohol-related accidents and injuries struck me and started my interest in working with clients experiencing issues of addiction, mental illness, and trauma.

I work with people ages 15 and older and am available through on-line therapy.

I am able to assist with the following issues and more:

  • Drug and Alcohol Abuse and Addiction
  • Trauma including issues of domestic violence, childhood abuse and sexual abuse
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Women’s Issues
  • Divorce
  • Insomnia and Sleep Issues
  • Grief and Loss
  • Post Partum Depression
  • Relationship Issues
  • Premarital Counseling
  • Change of life Issues
  • Rights of Passage
  • Health Issues

I accept most major major insurance companies and even offer a sliding scale.

I work via On-line Therapy (Audio/Video over the Internet) to help clients verbalize their issues, learn to view things differently, and feel comfortable with their decisions. Just as there is not one correct answer in life, there are multiple ways to find a solution in counseling. I will work with you to find the most appropriate solution for you. Please call me at 815-383-9219.
