Good Enough!

“At the end of the day, remind yourself that you did the best you could today, and that is good enough.”

I began working with clients experiencing trauma and alcohol and drug abuse while working in the intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse. The frequency of drug and alcohol-related accidents and injuries struck me and started my interest in working with clients experiencing issues of addiction, mental illness, and trauma.

I work with adults beginning at age 17 and am available at Associated Counseling in Bradley, Illinois and also through on-line therapy at the Virtual Therapist Network.

Associated Counseling offers services for children-adults, including testing. I have a strong network for any required referrals if I am unable to help you.
